A Christmas Inspiration by L.M. Montgomery – Ep 2

It truly is more blessed to give than to receive. Doing something kind and thoughtful for someone else has all kinds of benefits beyond the pleasure the recipient receives.

For several years I looked after a local program to make sure lower income families and seniors had a nicer Christmas with food and toys for the children. It was a couple of months of often intense work to bring it all together. When the last hamper went out the door, for me, that was Christmas.

As Nellie so thoughtfully put it, let’s make kindness and giving a year round inspiration.
